The top of the peak: we run the home end to end

Summit is 18% plus VAT on the accommodation rate. We handle pricing, listings, bookings, every guest message, guest care during stays, housekeeping and linen, keys, checks between stays and repairs.

What you do

Approve any repair over £250, give us 28 days’ notice for your own stays and read your statement each month. Cleaning and linen are charged at cost and shown on the statement.

Owners who live away from the Peak District, have a busy life of their own, or simply want the home looked after properly without being on call.
